Walgreens Pharmacy

"Whether I'm coming here to drop off a federal express package, use the pHaRmAcY, or just pick up some items, there's always an excessive wait. I'm standing in line now and it's going on 20 minutes. This place has become understaffed and run poorly. The downtown destruction with all these apartments is not helping the surge of people creating even longer waits. I really hope someone reads these things because this store used to be great and I believe can be once again."

"Always an ABSURDLY long wait just to pick up prescriptions. I had a prescription for antibiotics sent over and 3 hours later it still wasn't ready even after waiting 30 minutes on line! I guess my child is just supposed to wait all day before they can start feeling better. Ridiculous!"

"I am a Doctor and every single time that I have had the unenviable task of calling in a Prescription to this particular Pharmacy, I am kept on hold ad Infinitum and on the few occasions that I was fortunate enough to have my call picked up by a Pharmacy Technician and I requested to be connected to the Pharmacist because I was calling in a Controlled Substance, he will “Yes” me and press the “ON HOLD” button again: Not being able to hold any longer, I would usually hung: This is one of the worst Pharmacies I have had the unenviable opportunity to deal with.
