"Beware of Troy Riotte of KreativCustoms Wholesale LLC in Elizabeth NJ. He is not a licensed contractor. Our experience with hiring him to remodel our kitchen was a pure nightmare/disaster. He over charged us for our cabinets, never gave us all of our cabinets we paid him for. Charged me $5,000 for Granite requesting a cash payment in full months before it was to be installed. Months after he took money to install cabinets that he walked off job, he refused to give us our granite. So he has the $5,000 and the granite plus labor for work he never did. He is not to be trusted. Showed up to work 4hrs late, usually 1:30 when he would tell us 9am. Smells like Marijuana always. Had a rude, unfriendly attitude and usually only worked 3 hr days. Walked in without saying hello or explaining why he was hrs late, then would just leave without notice. He is not skilled in carpentry and lacks basic knowledge of how to perform simple skills. He talks like he knows everything, but it is him just selling himself. Don't trust a word he says and don't give him money. We will be suing him for Fraud, theft of goods (granite), deception (provided false contractor license) etc. Avoid this trouble and find a real trust worthy contractor that has a license and a decent conscience. Update 10/21/22 Just saw photo of my granite on his Facebook page. He is selling it. Messed up. Photos here shows "his work " . It's not some are screenshots from google I found licensed to other companies.... Check his latest review on Google one star from Ditaranto Construction . BAD"

"To start this review I have to give the owner, Ralph Riotte a five star rating, it was his son Troy who I give the one star to. Ralph came through and stood behind his son's complete incompetent business dealings with myself (a general contractor)and my customer. He successfully helped in the completion of this project. I have used Troy a few other times before and although there is much to be desired about his personality, he eventually gave a decent product. This time however Troy turned my kitchen /bathroom project into the worst nightmare I have ever dealt with. His constant lying (about the most unimaginable things) was frankly... Shocking. Also his screaming and uncontrollable verbal abuse was unacceptable! So between his lies, horrible personality, and disappearing for days on end, he set my job back four weeks which cost me not only hundreds of dollars but the respect and confidence of my customer. If you decide to do business with this company, I would highly recommend that you steer as far away from Troy as possible and deal solely with his father Ralph. ."
