"This place does not care about your children. They only care about collecting your money. They only seem nice. They take it advantage of low income, families by charge and extremely cheap compared to these other daycares. My son was in rolled there for two months about. He he loved being there interacting with other kids. He is 2 1/2 nonverbal, but he will he can communicate his needs. His original teacher when we first signed up there was let go maybe a week after he was there. We didn’t see her for a while and was told she was on vacation until just before we stopped going there. She finally told me that she had to let her go. The original teacher was part of the reason why I decided to go with them now you haven’t communicated the change in staff. I haven’t met any of the new people. The Director always seem so very nice always smiling but she always talked over you with a smile so I kind of didn’t think anything of it but she wouldn’t. It was as if you couldn’t say anything to her about your child or ask about things going on without her telling you like you supposed to know already. My son had lost a lot of weight since starting there. He is a picky eater but I only pack what I know he will eat but it came to my attention his second week when he had to stay home and go to doctors for being sick. That’s when his weight was checked so I asked Shiro if they could actually monitor his food intake not just say he had a good day and circle some boxes. She didn’t like that I was asking her to pay more attention to his eating so she said she’ll have them send back whatever he doesn’t eat. They did he was not eating all of his food and alternate wasn’t being offered it would be in bag in same pocket I put it in. You could talk to her at any time she would call send the occasional picture of my son but it didn’t add up his things were being mixed up with other kids sent his cup home with someone else’s child sending home other kids artwork craft projects. He had diaper rash on multiple occasions a few scratches that weren’t there when he was dropped off. all things I over looked until he got hand foot and mouth he could of gotten it from anywhere but daycare is where he’s around the most kids and an environment I have no control over. After I said something about a scratch he had a nice one fresh when I picked him up white meat showing near his eye the next day they asking any marks or anything they should be aware of before hand like I accused them of something which I didn’t just brought to their attention. My son missed a few weeks throughout his enrollment there and you still had to pay whether he was there or not she waived the first week he missed as he only was there one week at that time I pay cash every Monday and get hand written receipts she always pushing me to fill out for subsidy but I work full time and do not qualify but I can not afford 4 or $500 dollars a week for daycare somewhere else. My son got a black eye I was called before picking him up and told she didn’t know what happened she was in the middle of getting her nails done when her employees called her and told her that supposedly they only just noticed it when he woke up from his nap. No one knows how it happened or even noticed the weird red imprint on the opposite side of his face. I still have yet to meet any new employees at this point was given an incident report that said nothing but checked off alot of boxes l was apologized to over and over and told I understand if u must take him somewhere else repeatedly then asked if I need a subsidy application. I cried took my son home trying to figure out what I would tell his dad so I texted ms shiro and asked her to watch her security cameras to tell me what happened and was told they were broken I could get a more detailed incident report in the morning. I went back there and she told me a different story the incident report was different but still didn’t say what happened to my son and now the cameras aren’t plugged in and then they work they just don’t record."
