"Incredibly rude staff. I believe they changed system/administration recently and the customer service is just terrible. I had to wait three days for a medication to be delivered and at least 10 phone calls where I was told things like “if you need it sooner you’re going to have to pick it up” or “I don’t know what to tell you” Their services is just plain rude and unacceptable."

"They Do Not Really Do Covid-19 Vaccinations 90th Street Pharmacy says, on their website and on their phone system, that they do walk-in Covid 19 vaccinations. In practice they do not. At 12:15PM on Friday May 20, 2022 my wife and I walked in and were told "We don't have any." I had called three times earlier to confirm they did Moderna vaccines, that we could walk in and that they had the vaccine on hand. Each time I was told "Yes". This is the second time this has happened. When I said "I am not coming back" the guy behind the counter laughed and said "OK, no problem." These people are completely unreliable. It is no wonder that no one is in the pharmacy. It makes one wonder about their ability to fill prescriptions accurately. Do not, do not put off scheduling a vaccination on the hope that you can walk in and get one at this pharmacy."
