"Horrible customer service and you call and call and they never answer In the past never had issues now it’s new people working there and they don’t know how to do their job"

"They are the worst pharmacy I have ever had any of mine or my families prescriptions in. They are all unprofessional, doesn't matter who you deal with. They say they are going to be open certain days at a certain time and they are always closed. They don't answer the phone either. I'm done, finding a new pharmacy, especially because they have an emergency prescription my daughter really needs and they told me to come today and were closed. You don't play with people's health!"

"They don’t even deserve one star because of their customer service. They always ask customers to come back to pick up the medicines they don’t have and even though the insurance covers the prescriptions they ask for money. They always give hard time to customers period. everybody has been complaining and not recommending about this pharmacy to Doctors. i didn’t want to review but i had to because of their behavior."

"They never have medications that doctor prescribe me.... and they keep calling you next day. I had to go 3rd time to pick my whole prescription."

"This has been the pharmacy I get all my prescriptions sent to for about two years now. Never really had an issue until one day when I went to get a refill and the person behind the desk obviously had no idea what they were doing. She decides to give me half my refill and tells me to come in the following Monday for the rest. I didn’t really pay mind to it until I went back and they won’t give me my refill. Anyways, I let that go. Today I had surgery and sent my partner to pick up my prescription and they claim they don’t carry those medications due to restrictions and codes... but I’ve gotten that exact medication from this location before. It was the most frustrating thing ever. The fact that I had to get up in pain and walk there just so they can be unprofessional and then magically find the medication definitely ruined their service. The only thing this place is great for is hiring people that have no idea what the heck their doing and barely even speak English."
