"The pharmacy was supposed to open at 9am. No one had appeared by 9:10am. When I asked where the pharmacist was and when it would open, an associate just shrugged and shook her head. I get that things happen, and staffing is limited, but this is no way to run a business."

"A badly managed pharmacy. I went for a vaccine appointment today and was told that "the system is down" and that I should make another appointment or come back later. When I came back, I was told that "because you missed your appointment," you need to make another one, despite my explaining how it was their own doing. It ruined my day and my planning around that vaccine."

"We have had a community problem for some time caused by this store. The garbage is placed in flimsy bags. This causes several problems. When the garbage trucks come the bags burst and garbage is strewn all over the pavement. Garbage attracts rats and other rodents. Other business in the area do not create this problem. For instance, there is a Starbucks across the street. When they put out garbage for collection it is secured properly and so does not cause garbage to litter the pavement and so attract rodents."

"There’s an employee there name Michael, an older white male, with a bald spot. He is very disrespectful as a worker. I’ve encounter him twice, and he has said smart remarks with no reason. Very impatience overall. I could understand if I was being a rude customer or a customer who was causing problems. But I was just asking a simple question to unlock an item to purchase and he was just condescending. Then the the next time I came I had an error with an order from Uber so I had a problem with purchasing the item when it was my time to get to the counter. He sighed, asked me what the problem and told me next time don’t get on line, can’t you see we have customers waiting. So I moved to the side so other customers can go and he got upset and said “now I have to cancel this ring up!” and I responded. That he didn’t have to be rude. I understand that we all have bad day and we are only human but he has been a little disrespectful too many times"

"Zero stars this Duane Reade is completely unprofessional! workers hate to work! Rude!!! Customer service is horrible. literally waited 20 minutes (iPhone timer) after ringing the the help service button no one helped!!! All I wanted was to buy the man shaver machine. I had to walk out! It’s faster to take a bus to the cvs then to actually wait in this Duane Reade for any service. Now I understand why people love and hate to shop on Amazon!!!!!!"
