"Visited ER today due to my daughter fainting at home, the receptionist & security guard were very unprofessional joking having a conversation & didn’t even acknowledge me at all until after a few minutes I said excuse me at which point receptionist only stared at me never saying a word I explained why I was there she never replied only pointed behind me to a window, as I walked away she mentioned how rude I was for interrupting their conversation. Then while my 19 year old was going back to visit her sister the nurse caring for my daughter snapped at her saying if she goes in room she must stay there, if she leaves she won’t be permitted back in, the same nurse apologized awhile later stating she was stressed because nobody else was doing their job."

"I recently needed surgery due to breast cancer and every single person I had contact with was wonderful! Every person had a smile on their face and you felt like they cared and wanted to help you. I think I waited in the waiting room for 5 minutes tops until I was called back and when I was I was greeted by a handful of nurses and other staff. They had me all settled and changed and my IV in within 15 minutes I think! Thank you to everyone who I had contact with. From nurses to anesthesiologists to my drs… I couldn’t rate you higher! Thank you!"

"My husband was there again for the third time in a year. Admitted, after a couple hours waiting in the emergency room. After being admitted during the course of 10 days he was moved three times to three different rooms and floors. Why? He was there for the same reason and his condition never changed. Until they decided to do surgery, but even then they moved him again! I don't understand this. And each time they moved him, they changed his care. They should have known after the second time they moved him exactly what he needed."

"Gave birth to our daughter here and had the best experience one can have when giving birth. The nurses and doctors here were extremely professional and caring. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire induction process and labor process. I will be forever grateful to the staff here.
