"When I showed up at 12:20 to buy a blood glucose monitor, but had to wait 10 minutes for an employee to come unlock the cabinet already wasting my time. Once I get the monitor I ask where the test strips are, as the machine is useless without them. The staff member who had been there since my first inquiry told me they're behind the counter, but it's 12:30 and they're closing for lunch so I would have to come back. Such horrible customer service. She knew I was buying a glucose monitor, and could have anticipated what else I may have needed, but instead she just told me to wait 30 minutes. Pharmacy staff suck here."
