"I recently had an experience at Walgreens Pharmacy in Rochester Minnesota & New York , and wanted to share my thoughts. The staff at Walgreens Pharmacy were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and provided excellent customer service. The pharmacy was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The shelves were well-stocked, and the layout was clear. Overall, my experience at Walgreens Pharmacy in Minnesota & New York was excellent. The friendly staff, efficient service, and range of services offered made it a positive experience. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to others."

"Scheduled vaccine appointment for 3 in my family. We waited almost an hour and they never even acknowledged how late they were or what was going on. Frustrating experience and I’ll just go to the doctors office next time."

"They place is great. It’s very clean and well organized. They have a lot of discount throughout the whole store. The only problem I found is that the employees I encounter was not too friendly. Oh yeah once I got in a the security started to follow me throughout the entire floor. I guess it was because I had baseball cap on. Additionally, probably because I’m Latino. After I gave the store a 5 star, I had decided to change it due to the fact that we shouldn’t be going through this."

"We are practically regulars at the pharmacy and have found everyone that works there to be very nice and helpful. There have been a few times where the pharmacists have gone so far above and beyond to help us in ways you would never expect in NYC. There is sometimes a line, but it moves pretty quickly. We feel this is a great pharmacy."

"The pharmacist was very helpful and patient in showing me how to use my new injection pen for my new diabetes medication. The next day she telephoned me to see how I was doing with it. Very caring and personal."
