"Seiffert's Pharmacy is a multi generational institution. THere is always a king, knowledgeable family member or experienced individual there paying the utmost attention to serving all who walk through the door. Unlike dealing with the big chains, where I have had multiple prescription errors and high over the counter prices, Seiffert's is highly competitive and knows all the customers. A service sorely lacking in industry today. Although you may have to call a few times to reach someone, there is no wasting time with computer prompts and redirection of phone calls to someone who will jut redirect you again. It is unfortunate that the big chains and insurance lead customers away from this type of operation by not honoring the same benefits they manage to small operations."
