"About a month ago, I walked into Bowen Pharmacy with tears in my eyes after finding out that the owners of another local pharmacy not far from Bowen had retired and is now under new management. What caused the tears was how the new pharmacists talked to me and refused to fill my monthly prescriptions. They were cold, dismissive, rude and I felt so powerless and frustrated especially bc I've been a 20+yr patron of that pharmacy. Thankfully, someone recommended Bowen and when I walked in clearly upset and explained what happened, Willie and the female pharmacists told me to calm down and they would fill it. I will forever be grateful for their willingness to work with me. Thank you Bowen Pharmacy!"

It is scary and upsetting to see people behind a pharmacy counter who are not wearing masks during a pandemic, especially when many of their customers are immuno-compromised and trying to avoid getting sick. Too bad, because I like supporting small neighborhood pharmacies over the big chains."

"I've been going to Bowen for nearly 5 years now. It's a small, local pharmacy.....not a big chain. They know who I am when I come in and I'm treated like a person, not a number. Wendy, the Pharmacist has a good relationship with both of my physicians and she's great. The staff is very polite and they know me as well. Originally, I used them because they used to delivered my prescription while I was at my MDs office nearby . I changed physicans and I now travel all the way from the US due to the service.
