"Arrow Pharmacy was mine since 1990. Stew and his team were always caring and made sure your medicine was always available! It was like a family! They were the best in NYC! When i went to refill my medicine that i have been on for most of my life and will be for the rest of my life, thats when i found out it was sold!!! I shared that the pharacutical company that makes my medicine had the 50mcg tables on hold due to a missing ingredigent but had the 25 mcg . In extreme emergencies as mine was they air drop over night! They put a small portion aside in case of a situation like this! And since 1990 this only happened 3 times .Well i was told i had to wait for " bobbie" the new owner!! And to come back! I went back and that new pwner made me wait 3 hours and he was not busy!! He finally came ovee and i said" nice to meet you. Congratulations" he didnt even extend his hand and he was very rude , non caring!!! I told him the pharmacutical company will help so i wont be without my medicine!! " im not doung that, go find another pharmacy" mind you i was almost put of my medicine, for which i die without!!! The pharmacutical company called all week and he was extremely rude to them. This is a very credible and famous company who cares about everyones health.! Thank the Lord for them!! The stress , fear and worry as a result of this new owner doing ehat he did made me very sick!! And he lied! Also when called they would hang up on you . Arrow Pharmacy and the orginal owners and team never acted like that and were always there to help!! It was hard to find a new Pharmacy, where the owner was the pharmacist , privately owned and that took my insurance! But I did find it and my Dr was appauled at this new owner!!!! The new Pharmacy was able to get my medicine within a day!!! STAY Away from Arrow!! Stew and the old team of Arrow are greatly missed!!!"

"How is this level of sincere service still in existence in New York today :) !!! I love love how personalized and sincere every staff member is here. I was waiting for my prescription to arrive so I was waiting in the pharmacy for 30 minutes and I witnessed 10+ customers who personally know the staff here. I’m so glad I found this neighborhood gem - I hope everyone else chooses this pharmacy."

"I only use privately owned pharmacies as they are more geared towards providing the personalized care to their customers rather than the large chains… Rite Aid, CVS. However, my experience with this pharmacy was far from what I expected. When I handed my prescription to the woman at the counter she looked at my prescription and in a quick second she said the medication wasn’t covered by insurance. I had to pay out of pocket, $65. She never bothered to check with the pharmacist to be sure. I was unable to pay the cost, but my boyfriend offered to pay. He called the pharmacy to pay by credit card but he was declined by the owner as he was physically unable to pay in person. I felt humiliated to say the least! Feeling defeated but still persistent to get my much needed medication I went to the pharmacy I normally go to in the Bronx. When I gave the prescription to the pharmacist, it took him less than 5 minutes to tell me the medication is DEFINITELY covered by insurance!!! And it was covered by the brand name. Arrow Pharmacy, I WILL NEVER go into your pharmacy AGAIN! You simply DO NOT care about your customers!"

"Terrible communication. Unapologetic when mistakes are made. Frustrating experience to say the least. Was a loyal customer for years but will never return again. Service has gone downhill since the previous owner retired. Avoid at all costs if you can."

"Friendly staff and great service. I needed to find a notary and was advised to come here after going to 5 other suggestions that were closed (banks) or longer offered the service. Arrow Pharmacy - thank you! If you are near Columbus Circle / midtown/ Rockefeller Center, need a Notary and want to pick up quality pharmacy goods this is your spot. 5 stars. Tip: Arrow closes at 6pm — try and stop by at the top of of rush hour ;)"
