"It took 6 hrs before they even took my insurance information. They try to wait you out before serving you. Every 2 hours the nurses do a roll call to see who remains. 75% of the people leave before getting seen. I have one of the best insurance companies in the country and it's walking out of the door with me. 7 hours and still waiting. BYE BYE!!!!!!"

"This is a horrible hospital. The so called professionals are extremely rude. The ppl at the triage are disrespectful. I was spoke to like a p.o.s The intake carillon lied to me and told me my fiancé can’t have me come back untill he was hooked up to an IV My fiancé called me from the back and informed me that he has had the IV in his arm, so Carolyn had lied. Every time I asked to go back, I’m told to sit down or security will be called on me. I’m a very concerned fiancé, the way I’m being treated is very uncalled for, if anybody’s ever thinking of going to this hospital, I would take a further trip and go to the one at Frankfurt and nights they have way better professional staff. I’ve even noticed blood splatter on the counter of the triage, I’m pretty sure that is unsanitary."

"This EMERGENCY ROOM IS A COMPLETE MESS . 20HOURS IN ONE OF THERE TWO WAITING ROOMS WHICH ARE DIRTY. LACK OF STAFF LACK OF ROOMS . I HAVE ASTHMA SINCE BIRTH AND been on breathing treatment my whole life . After being check in for over 10hours triage waiting to go back I needed my neb treatment and was denied practical had asthma attack in the ER ..I left even though I was deathly ill in pain and could not breath don't go there"

"We have been sitting in the waiting room of the ER for 5.5 hours. The triage so rude RN is breaking privacy laws “well i just got here and this ain’t a 1st come 1st serve place. That guy has chest pain you just have back pain (not why we are here at all)”. My sister is sitting here in excruciating pain. Someone in the restroom pulled the alarm and the RNs and security guards are playing not it to see who’s going to check on whoever is in there. This place is a nightmare."

"One I told the RN that I’m having SOB and no one came to check on me for 3 hours 2nd I been waiting in the waiting room for 3 hours and not one person been seen. What’s going on at this hospital. But nurses is consistently coming out to get food from UberEATS drivers !!! Terrible!!!!!!! ( I don’t know what Olivia job is but I know she’s in triage & told me to go to a different hospital because it’s packed here. Then I said well I see all nurses coming out to get food but no patients is going back there she said well we got to eat!!! Worst hospital don’t come here you better off going somewhere other than a jefferson hospital.!!!! Then 4 hours later they pull be to the back and now I’m waiting in the hallway 30 mins passed and nobody came to me nothing just got me sitting in a hall way, I seen so many empty rooms and the Olivia lady put 2 other people in Room and left me out here since I asked her when will I be seen!!!"
