"Tried to get a flu shot here. For some reason they wanted an appointment. For some reason the appointment had to be made two days in advance. Then when I showed up they said "sorry, our internet is down so we can't give you your flu shot." I don't understand what part of a flu shot requires internet access. I waited another day and they still had no internet. So I went to CVS and they took me as a walk-in and did the whole thing in five minutes. Next time I need a vaccine I won't waste my time here."

"I went to get a vaccine. The pharmacist lady who looked middle eastern was not competent enough to process my insurance and on top of that she was rude. Went to CVS in Target where they told me vaccine WAS covered by my insurance. Maybe they need to get people who can do their job. -1 for rudeness -2 for not being able to process insurance for vaccines. CVS in target also looks much cleaner :)."
