"Recovered with flair, I must say. Responsive owners took earlier comments to heart and have upped their game nicely. Continue to patronize them as I always prefer to support local businesses and have been quite pleased. Thank you. My family and I have been customers for more than 15 years and spend a LOT here. Former owners Denise & Bill Hayes were consummate professionals and served the community admirably. Unfortunately the new owners can't seem to figure it out and I'm ready to go elsewhere. Call in a prescription refill, leave a # in case there's a problem, then show up the next day to pick it up and they're out of stock...what happened to the callback? Call in a prescription early to make sure they have it when I need it, arrive to pick it up only to learn I can't place the order for another week...same thing, no notification...so where's the callback? Topping that, today they had another prescription refill ready that I didn't even order and the excuse was that it's an automatic refill (that I never authorized). What about the other 10 refills I call in (and pay for) every month...why aren't they automatic? Frankly it's getting old and there have got to be providers with a better handle on the process."

"For many years a wonderful local establishment. However, very disappointed when I went in just before Christmas to see if there was availability for Covid home tests. Yes (yeah)... But... they charged $40 for a single-test kit otherwise priced between $10 and $15. Understand a reasonable mark-up but that felt Over the top."

"Love this pharmacy, my prescriptions are always ready, they have mailed prescriptions to me when I'm away, everyone is so helpful. I also love the gift shop they have such great items for all occasions. I would say they are the best pharmacy around in Bergen County!!!"

"The most fabulous staff and caring pharmacists! I received my first dose of the Moderna vaccine here and only waited maybe 10 minutes. Their gift department is a wonder to walk around and the saleswomen are most helpful. I have been here on many occasions. They take care of all of my prescriptions and otc needs and deliver to me rain, snow or shine."
