"The absolute worst costumer service in the pharmacy. So I go in after a tooth extraction and I’m in terrible pain, drop off the prescription and mention generic meds please. My name is called for my pick up and the pharmacy employee informs me about only having half my script and coming back Monday for the other half, I ask the cashier why they decided to do that without checking with me. I work Monday, in another state and leave at 4am and don’t usually get back until after 7:30pm or later. The pharmacy closes at 7pm and i don’t have anyone to pick it up. Why didn’t they ask me if that was ok before deciding? Couldn’t they send the prescription to another nearby CVS that’s 24 hours about about a mile away? So now they’re giving me a hard time because i didn’t go to the pharmacist and tell her. I told one employee who can easily explain it to the pharmacist. I couldn’t stand the pain so I left and didn’t want to make a huge deal. So now my job tells me I might have to stay longer and no meds for that time frame. Thanks CVS for screwing things up. Can you ask people if it’s ok before you make decisions that effect your customers who are sick."

"3 stars because for some reason a lot of elderly folks always hold up the line and try to argue with the pharmacist over their medication's price.. when it's not there fault it's the insurances fault. The line is always long Every-time i go to pick up my pills. But i like the pharmacist, shes a friend of mine from school (she graduated before i did) and she's very sweet!!!"

"Everyone there is rude. Store is old and dirty. The cashiers always ask if you need help finding anything AFTER your receipt starts printing.. what the hell? Always a long line, never enough cashiers, and every time I go in they have ugly handwritten signs on torn notebook paper taped to the credit card machines saying I can't get cash back. I wish they were a Walgreens. :("
