"this pharmacy falsely billed my insurance for a medication I never received nor did I ever request for it to be filled by them. It resulted in me having to pay out-of-pocket for a medication over $400 because I needed it asap. Do not give these people your information as they will falsely bill your company and you’ll get screwed over as the insurance thinks it was already filled."
