"I booked a vaccine appointment here and received a confirmation text the morning of my appointment. I showed up and the person at the pharmacy told me they weren't doing vaccines. What a massive waste of my time. I would understand if they had to cancel but then why would I get a confirmation text right before showing up? Makes no sense."
