"Wish I could give it zero stars. They have the worst customer service and they only care about making money and not about thier patients health or needs.they are very rude and disrespectful. so I get my prescriptions filled there normally regular prescriptions nothing expensive so today my pain management sent over my prescription for percocet and Lyrica which are expensive medications and my insurance company covers them they guy became very rude and said we no longer accept your insurance(ameri group) they don't like to pay. you have to pay cash its $180 for 1 medication so I'm in so much pain I'm about to pay it but I call the insurance company first and the insurance company calls the pharmacy he proceeds to lie and tell them they don't have it in stock that's why he's not filling it but my boyfriend is there they had told him to wait why they filled it if he paid cash and the pharmacist didn't realize I was on 3 way with the insurance lady so I said if it's out of stock I'll just wait till they get it back he said I don't know when when we're getting it back and hung up on the insurance lady so she's filing a report against that pharmacy worst experience ever... they're just trying to make a $ and rip people off"
"Unprofessional at best. The pharmacist is an older gentleman with loose lips that just end up spewing insults at you if you are waiting for a medication to be filled. I’ve never had a medical professional speak to me so inconsiderately. I was just sitting in the waiting area for my prescription to go through and he said that waiting around wouldn’t get me my medicine faster. I hope this changes in the future as I have been happy to have a pharmacy in my own town. However, the small business won’t go anywhere by allowing him to be this way to people that need medicine. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone who needs medication. You’ll just walk out of there feeling worse. Update: I returned to the pharmacy to receive my medication the next day because I was treated poorly the day before and left. The next day, I was denied my medication as the pharmacist said to me “why should I fill your prescription for you after the review you wrote?” I think the establishment should learn to take constructive criticism and change their ways if they want good reviews. I must note that in the state of NJ you are not allowed to deny a patient their medication if you have the means to do so. I’m disappointed in the way this was handled as a town native and would reconsider my choices when choosing a pharmacy because I believe this one thinks they are above the law when making decisions regarding patient health and I believe this to be a safety concern in and of itself."
"I got tested last week everything went well and got results within two days. Then I went just yesterday to get retested and they changed to skippack and when I logged in it said there was nothing pending so I called for help and he was very rude and unwilling to help me understand why it says there is nothing Pending he said it’s too early and I’m not having this conversation and I told him I understand that it may not be ready but it states there is NOTHING PENDING as in I never took a test he then said it takes 3-5 days now when last week I got my results back in two days and then he just rudely hung up. He could’ve just asked the lady that does the test to give me a call back but he could care less. This is the worst customer service he must make too much money to care about his customers concerns as a new customer referred by family this is very disappointing and I will now explain how rude he was and doesn’t deserve business from us especially my mother that’s been going there for 8years It’s been 2 weeks now I got my sons results back and not mine and I did the test before my son and mine is still pending this is the worst experience ever still waiting my results"
"Everyone is friendly and the pharmacist always remembers who I am, which I appreciate very much! Hours are convenient and I've never had an issue since they've opened. They deliver to my home when I can't make it there. Covid tests are fast and easy. I don't see myself using any other pharmacy!"
"This pharmacy is amazing! The service is excellent, the choices are fantastic, and the fact that they are local makes it exceptional! For a retired individual such as myself, working with me and my insurance, they were able to help and take care of my needs immediately. I had my COVID test done and was out in no time. They deliver, they accept a lot of insurances, and they are multilingual! Thank you, DAWA!"
