"Currently a patient here, I had my surgery last night 01/30/2024 when I say I have to beg and plead just to get my normal pain medication every 4 hours! This is supposed to be patient care right? WRONG nurses feel obligated and I entitled to go back and forth with you instead of listening to their patient telling them they are in pain!!! Then they tell you okay I’ll get your pain meds and have you wait another hour or two maybe more just to bring it! The treatment I’ve been receiving is unfair and unacceptable!! This is by far the worst experience being here for my FIRST surgery! This hospital is a JOKE when it comes to patient care! Don’t come here I’m giving yall a warning now! I’m in so much pain and I’m so ready to leave this hell whole like YESTERDAY!!"
"Worst nurse ER experience i ever had. I was brought in by ambulance with possible stroke. My room was right across from the nurses stations. I was in that room for 2 days. Watching and hearing what the nurses were saying. The way they talked about the patients and didn't respond to calls was awful. When i asked for food i heard my nurse screaming in the back rooms saying what did i think she was a waitress to serve me? What ever happen to compassion. It was just awful."
"My mother has been in Nazareth for 2 days and has not been admitted to a room!, told anything or updated about anything! It’s been HOURS since her nurse has visited or checked on her! I called the E.R to ask someone about my mother and then miraculously someone checks on my mom right after my phone call. UNREAL! I do not recommend!"
"This place is horrible!! Arrived in an ambulance for chest pains.. Had an EKG’.. put me out in the waiting room.. Don’t say anything to me about my results.. So I’m patiently waiting.. I’m having severe spasms! So I trying to stay calm.. while my pain calms down. I had to use the restroom and noticed no bathroom paper .. no soap So I said to the security guard who let me in with a key, there’s no toilet paper or hand soap. He said that not my job!! I couldn’t believe it! How hard can it be to get some. What the hell is going on with people? I’m done with this dump! And unprofessional staff. I walked out, took an Uber home. As a police officer there’s many things that we don’t don’t have to do, but, we do it And for me it’s rewarding to see someone being helped and treated with kindness and respect. Very disappointing.. Nazareth hospital should be ashamed."
