"Worst service. Recent changes placed people who have NO customer service skills or common courtesy in wrong positions. They lie as I called while in the store to see how they operate and was very disturbed by what I saw. In short. they do not care! Very sad after 30 years of loyal service to this pharmacy in particular. Michelle was great, suneil was phenomenal. All others may or may not be the problem. Currently looking for another pharmacy sad and disappointed."

"Two owners ago this was THE pharmacy in Montclair, for decades. But under current new management the staff is rude, lies to customers, and can't get it together to fill scripts in a timely and efficient manner. Very sad to see what was once a great community resource go so wrong. We're done with them."

"I would give this place zero stars if I could. I asked if they had any other sizes in a Harry Potter baby outfit as the ones they had on the floor were too small for what I needed, and they told me no. As I was leaving I saw the size I needed in their display case and asked to purchase it. I was told yes but when the cashier went to go open the case a manager (the one who told me they didn’t have other sizes) told her no and that they wouldn’t open the display and don’t sell items from their display. It makes no sense and they quickly lost a customer. So frustrating to see the item you need and not be able to purchase it because the staff is being lazy- especially during the holidays."

"Had the hands down BEST experience getting my daughters ears pierced here today. Let me start by saying we drove 45 minutes because of the great things I have heard about the experience. Staff was so professional and made sure we understood all instructions before they started. As always was not easy with a nine month old but they got it done so fast with as few tears as possible. Would deff recommend taking your little one here for their first pair of bling! Our ears look wonderful and our baby is extra beautiful now"
