"I was disappointed with my recent visit to Spring view Pharmacy. Despite having correct paperwork, the staff was reluctant to fill my prescription and their attitude was unwelcoming. They lacked empathy, making the experience uncomfortable. Additionally, I was told they wouldn’t refill the prescription in the future stating “this was the last of the prescribed medication”, a statement that seemed dishonest and left me concerned about my medication needs. This level of service is not acceptable, especially in a healthcare setting."

"This at once was a very good drug store but lately their attitude and mannerisms are unprofessional, they speak to you over the phone like you have no say so and cut you off when you're trying to explain something then they make you wait over five hours for a prescription delivery and when you call to find out how long more they say with an attitude JUST BE PATIENT!!
