"Absolutely wonderful. The owners are so helpful and kind. Their staff are extremely kind and do a wonderful job. I recommend this place to anyone looking to vacation. It's a very good location, right near the boardwalk. This is the second time staying here and plan on coming back again soon. Absolutely the best place to stay in my opinion."

"First I would like to say Kathy is absolutely amazing, very kind, and accommodating. Her staff as well are great and very friendly and helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and tidy. Location was only about a 2 minute walk to the boardwalk, and beach. The pool was great. We will definitely be staying here more often."

"It’s not the worst place, but it’s not great either. The sheets on one of the beds had (what looked to be) dried up crusty boogers on the corner and edge of the bed. I was so grossed out by this and made me feel like they don’t care to make sure their sheets are clean. I did ask for them to change the sheets and they did it right away which was good, but it’s just the fact they were dirty in the first place that threw me off. There were also dirt marks on the mattress covers and hair in the pillow cases. The water in the bathroom came out brown, but not the water in the kitchen area sink. Not sure why it was brown but this also grossed me out so much that I didn’t feel comfortable showering there and had to leave 1 day into my 3 day trip. The wash cloths looked old and the toilet paper was horrible. The whole place just skeeved me out honestly. Didn't feel comfortable there at all. The only good thing was that it’s close to the boardwalk and the maids were quick to meet our needs."

"There was no hot water when we arrived. We turned the nob left and right and also waited at least 15 minutes & nothing. We alerted the front desk and by the time we came back from our night out it was still cold. It was fixed later the next morning which was not helpful at all as we were already leaving. Hot water is an ESSENTIAL and is part of the rate we pay for. The front desk did not offer to discount anything. Waste of money - do not recommend."
