"Mountain Lakes Club was a great location for our wedding reception, being plenty spacious and well maintained, and having fantastic food (I still dream about the filet mignon-wrapped asparagus) that our guests are still raving about it. But the best part of MLC for us was the event manager Linda, who without her, we might not have even had a wedding! She helped us put out so many fires, including our ceremony location falling through a month before our wedding date, and was always incredibly helpful, flexible, and wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I had a phenomenal wedding, and for that we will forever be grateful!"

"The club has undergone a major transformation over the last few years and even more so in the last several months, as it moved under new management. The view is unbeatable - year round. The staff is great and always happy to help. The pool/ beach area is great to lounge around especially showing up later in the day. The bowling alley is totally retro and you’ll need to dust off your score keeping skills. There are video games for the kids and plenty of activities to entertain even the most picky of people throughout the year. If you’re new to town it’s a wonderful way to meet people from the area in a casual environment. Some of the older reviews on google are outdated, so def recommend checking it out in person!"

"Don’t use their in-house catering service. We had a 60th Birthday celebration in February 2019 for my sister. The venue was fine....very nice. The catering service was terrible. No supervision over staff. She selected about 8 different hors’ d’ oeuvres and they seemed to keep serving the same 3. They didn’t haven enough servers. The buffet dishes were always empty and not replenished. The bartender did not have much of a selection for beer ready and was frequently MIA. My sister provided the caterers feedback on her disappointment of the service and never heard back from them."
