"I would not recommend staying here. I was given a room that was facing the street over the office at 245/nite. I did not expect oceanfront but I should have been told the modest balcony hung over the front door of the hotel on the street. It's called an Oceanview because you can look to your left from the balcony on the street and see the beach entrance at a distance. I feel violated ; ( Pretty clean room. It's all very unfortunate."

"Extremely misleading reviews! Beware! 10/10 WOULDN’T recommend! The staff is INCREDIBLY rude, we stayed there during the 4th of july weekend and we were harassed by the regulars that stay there every year. They insisted we joined their cult-like party and after refusing several times they treated us differently because of it. Then the staff was staring at us thru the office windows to our room our entire stay. Creepy! The rooms are severely out dated and smelly, not to mention we had to pay with a CHECK to assure our place. I would rather sleep on the beach! Stay Away!"

"The conca d' or is my favorite place to be. The motel is a vintage Beach front motel with an unforgettable charm. The location and views are spectacular, the rooms are clean and perfect for what you need for the beach. The pool and front veranda is second to none for convenience and great place for family. We love playing shuffleboard pool side and grilled out most nights with other people in the motel. It is so much fun and a very social motel. It is easy to meet other families and people. Its Great for kids and very secure.. You will love the direct access to the beach. I love all of these amenities, but the owners are why I have come back year after year. Elaine, Maria, and Rose Ann have always treated us like family as I have seen from other people who stay here. You will have a great vacation here."
