Lark Motel

"We just returned from a family vacation and can’t say enough nice things about this motel. The bed was comfortable and the room we reserved, in general, was comfortable for three people. There was a nice tv in the living room and it would be nice to also have one on the wall in the bedroom since not everyone goes to sleep at the same time. However, the coffee maker, very nice refrigerator and microwave were a nice addition. The housekeeping service was great and we had two guests the first day whom I discussed with the front desk. The cost was $20 / person for the day and allowed them to use the pool and come to the room to change and use the restroom without any problem. Parking was easy and beach tags were included with our stay for a refundable fee when they were returned.. The motel was accessible to the beach and to the downtown. We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again next year."

"Its an older building but its apparent that they did a lot of work recently. Rooms are updated. Beds comfortable. Nice linens. Room and bathroom are spotless. Just a couple blocks from the center of town. Great location. Nice pool with new chaise lounge chairs. Not fancy, but they have done a great job with the place."

"This is the only hotel I stay at in Stone Harbor. Been staying here for the last 8 years. Walking minutes away from the beach and downtown. No crazy loud boardwalk. No crazy loud kids spending their senior summer here. An awesome place to stay if you want a quiet enjoyable vacation. BTW: Harry is the BEST!"

"The service is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Our bedroom’s AC had a very bad smell, very stinky, we had no idea what it was but it went away. The hotel has an awesome location, close to the beach and the shopping area. Despite the AC issue I would give them another chance sometime this summer. The pool was nice, small and clean."
