"Just left your photo department. Thank God for Kayla! She's the only one that was willing to help me. Kayla gets five stars. The guy that works there with the long curly queue not sure of his name. He is absolutely the most impatient customer service employee I have ever dealt with. I went in there to ask how to print out a photo. Asking him to help me with my cell phone to send it to the store. He just wanted to chauvinistically keep talking over me to explain that I have to come into the store to get help. Even though I'm standing in front of him and he is not helping. I think the guy behind the photo lab with the long curly cue on the one side definitely needs to get retrained. Poor customer service. Thank God for Kayla"

While he was not able to handle my entire order at the moment, he completed it first thing the next morning. And it was perfect! Thanks Alex!!"
