"My daughter started her program here, I was very nervous but the coordinators and teachers are amazing, they take their time and patience with the kids. They are very understanding with the parents they understand it is not easy trusting ppl with their children. My daughter no longer is shy with them and is eager to go to her class. I was skeptical at first due to the reviews I saw but you can't judge this school by the reviews. Amazing school for 3K. I am grateful my daughter got accepted to this program. She loves it and I see her personality growing and becoming more outgoing. I wish they had longer hours hahaha."
"Very good"
"This center is divided in 2 parts - the family daycare division ( based on providers/ babysitters who take care of the babies from home), and the 3yr-4yrs care center, which has teachers in the building ( school-like care). Same building different Management. My review is for the daycare ( babies) division. My provider is the best but Management is not. Most of the staff is unpleasant and treat parents like they are doing them a favor and if you do not "understand/agree" with them, their attitude towards you will be very rude and you will threat you with your baby's suspension right away. Most of the time they do not work with the parents and accounting books are not well kept. One time I received a bunch of hand-written papers with scratches all over as proof that I owned them money and at the end they did not get an answer for my question, just gave up and paid so we can all be in peace. My baby have a medical condition and the doctor sent letters about her special diet and because there was not what they "required" my baby's needs were never approved for the provider to accommodate the diet even with several letters from the doctor. They have payment policy that I never saw in writing until last year, but they were quick to suspend your baby when they were not follow. I love my provider and this is the main reason I am stuck with them. Hope better luck to every one else :)"
