"Our family of seven went to red lobster for our grandsons eighteenth birthday dinner. We went at twelve noon so it wouldn't be to crowded. There were only three other couples there. Our waitress was very nice and cheerful but that's as far as it got. We ended up being there for two and a half hours. Everything took way to long and on top of that she forgot a lot of our order. People who came in after us were seated and had their meal before us. Granted she was the only waitress on that side of the dining area but there wasn't hardly anyone there. Other customers were also looking around for her. This place needs to shape up and run this red lobster like it should be. Unfortunately we won't be back to this place."
"I typically avoid chain restaurants. I can honestly say this Red Lobster is a step above. Great service truly makes the food taste better. I am sure they know, but the bartender is a pro, food was delivered hot and fresh with little wait. Overall food was very good and a good value. Recommend!"

"Jenine (waitress) was absolutely amazing. She catered to our family. She gave us ideas on how to make our children busy while we eat and order. We had lobster dip. It was good. Bread is always good. We enjoyed our time at Red Lobster."
