"Ms. Charlene in the AIL school aftercare program is doing.a wonderful job with the afterschool activities. She regularly creates projects that involve art, science, even teaching the kids some history. She also organizes physical activities and games to keep them engaged and active. Her care is much appreciated."
"AIL took care of our son when he was in his infancy (Cubs 2). Ms Lissa and Ms Miguelina are so warm and loving. Our son always smiled when he saw them! We especially loved all the pictures and videos that AIL sends each day. We really felt connected to our infant despite our hectic work schedules. We highly recommend AIL. Thank you for taking such good care of our son!"
"I am so happy with AIL. The teachers and admin are so incredibly caring and loving. My two daughters love going to school. I would read reviews like this and think "how can a baby express love for something?" She is 14 months now and literally tries to jump out of her stroller when she sees her two teachers, other people - stranger danger. My older daughter, almost 3, runs to school, is so excited to tell me what she's learned during the day. They come back knowing so much, are so engaged and even if I could keep them at home I know AIL is better for their social, emotional and mental development than what I could ever provide. Thank you AIL "
"As a first time mom it is so hard to drop your baby off someplace. However, sending our son to AIL quickly became our best decision ever. There is such a sense of community at this day care. We made great friends, my son begged to go to school every morning and he thrived socially. The staff is so loving and after 4 years he was very prepared for Pre K 4. Thanks Millie, Wanda and all the awesome teachers!"
"I was at the turtle back zoo when this facility was having a field trip the same day. There were ropes with loops on them.. one teacher was at the front of the rope and one teacher at the end... the small children (2-3yr olds?) had their wrists in the loops to stay together. This woman was the head of the rope, stopped and turned back and screamed at the children “WALK FASTER, KEEP UP WITH ME!!!’ Then proceeded to yank the rope HARD, jolting all 10 children forward almost knocking them over to the pavement ground. It was absolutely disgusting to see. All those children could have been seriously injured. I confronted the woman becuase I was so upset and she told me to mind my own business. I called the facility because they had the business on their shirts. I explained what happened and I was told it would be passed along. Not long after someone (director?) called me and said it was being handled and would continue to be handled. I later passed the woman and she was now at the end of the rope instead of the head of it.. I applauded the facility for addressing it but in no way shape or form should this woman be caring for children. If my daughter attended here I would be removing her immediately until this woman was removed. ***EDIT** to respond to your response...1.) I never once told your facility I worked at the zoo, in fact when I spoke with the woman who called me back I told her I was at the zoo with my 2 year old, sister and her children. Not sure why I would have my child with me if this was my place of work... 2.) My caller ID came up as Ashley because I used my sisters phone and her name is Ashley, my name is Amy, as i told your facility and as you can see here on my Google account."
