"Supposed to be high quality custom kitchen table and chairs for you beach house. Table arrived with dried paint drips down the side. Went back for fixing. Was told it would be a day. Instead no communication and took 1.5 weeks. I’m happy to pay these prices, but quality and communication are expected."
"Horrible warranty policies! The outside cushions were used for a limited number of months and stored inside. It is torn on the seam from poor quality. They expect us to pay 90.00 to repair it. Last year it was 50.00. Our other chairs are rusted out and covered under warranty but yet it’s been 2 months of them not fixing them. The service is so slow. They tell you when you buy things there how quick they are to fix it. This is absolutely not the case: it’s been a terrible experience. Really look at there policies before buying and understand it will take months to get things fixed"
