"Staff is old and they shout at the children. Inside is not cozy at all, Dark and always smell like bleach. The old man has an attitude problem and always shouting at the bigger children. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE."

"So my kid started in march! I paid all the fees. Literally a day after she started they were closed due to the pandemic. I only got one phone call in April to let me they they’ll be closed until further notice. Upon til now (September) i am yet to receive a update call. I had to keep calling both numbers from april-September to get information. None of the lines were working and they had no working email. Luckily one day i tried calling again and the man (mr Williams) answered. When I asked about their reopening plans he just said September 8 with an attitude and hung up. Anyways fast forward to September 8 bright and early my daughter is well dressed and ready for school. I dropped her off and immediately they wanted her to wear a mask. I explained she been had breathing issues since birth (she’s 2) and her pediatrician told me not to put a mask on her because it can cause serious complications for her. The lady (mrs Williams) was not pleased. And was rolling her eyes at me (i acted like I didn’t see her) Anyways i was instructed to take her to room 4 and i did just that. I had to go to walgreens (5mins away) to get a fleece blanket caz I forgot ours at home mrs Williams called me saying I should come get my daughter because she crying and won’t listen to stay one place and not touch anything and “it’s not gonna work”. I kindly turned my car around and got her. I didn’t argue or anything. Now tell Me which 2 years old doesn’t cry their first day at school? Which 2 years old gonna stay put and not touch anything for 8hrs each day? Not mines? They told me take her back when she can “follow instructions” at this point I wanted to fight somebody but i just proceeded to the door. They told me to come back a week time for my refund and when i went this morning they gonna tell me to come back Friday. Hello I should have gotten my full refund the moment you refused my baby admission. I swear friday imma give them a piece of my mf mind. I wouldn’t recommend nobody to send their child there. Inside is dark and gloomy and old smelling, the staff are old and crampy, they rough the older kids so imagine what they do to the younger ones who doesn’t understand directives. I am happy my kid is not there with them. They refused my 2yrs old caz she was crying on her first day of school imagine that! They should be shut down if they can’t manage young kids and best believe after i get my refund i will be contacting the state. People need to know what they did. My daughter is in a better institution and she cried not once, she sits and does her activities, eat, play etc so God knows what they did and how they treated my kid in that short span of time for her to be crying n not wanting to stay."

"Staff are old and no patience for children. Very dark inside and not clean nor cozzy. I heard staff telling a one year old to "shut up!" as he cried. Find somewhere more suitable for your child. They had an old fishtank with a brillow pad sitting infront of it on the floor. My son spotted it immediately and tried to grab the brillow pad... Will not send my child there"
