"I have been a patient with the Rubino OBGYN group for about 8yrs now. Within those 8yrs, I have visited the Bayonne office, West Orange office and the Clark office. All three of these locations are clean and well staffed. From the receptionists to the nurses to the doctors at all three of these locations the patient is always met with a smile and great service. Well, due to a scheduling conflict and the surprise of an unplanned pregnancy, I was in need of an appointment and was willing to travel to which ever location had availability that fit my schedule… we ended up at Summit. When I walked in, the location is extremely claustrophobic. The rug was so dirty and I felt uncomfortable having the soles of my shoes come in contact with it. The receptionist wasn’t very warm or inviting but she did her job…she checked me in. My appointment was scheduled for 11:15am and to make a very long story short I wasn’t seen until about 12:20pm. I waited an hour. Once in the room, an appoint that really should have only taken 30min took another hour. Two full hours for what should have been and in and out type of appointment!! I had a FULL bladder and not once was I told to provide a urine sample. The PA couldn’t see my uterus very well and asked if I have provided a sample. I said no and she was shocked. The PA was sweet but frazzled. She mentioned she was the only one there running all of the appointments which is bizarre. More occurred but I will leave it here. In short, I will NEVER EVER return to the Summit location ever again!! It was terrible, unprofessional and just an utter waste of time!!!"
