"I never have regrets in my life until I hire this law firm. Very disappointing and stressful experience. 1. Worst customer service from the staff’s because they never been friendly at all, show no compassion on helping immigrant through a complicated situation, I have to literally call them all the time to just find out “what’s next?” They are only very responsive if we have to do payments and all money related. I mean what I said because they don’t really take serious action to your case, like I’ve been told literally within days or hours of few of my hearings that I could have just done it online instead of almost going to the actual court or the other way around 2. I was never able to actually speak with the attorney because I’ve been told she is not available for months now to the point I desperately want to just discontinue to work with them. The most surprising part is like they put someone else to represent your hearing without letting you know and refuse to admit that they’re at fault not submitting brief case on time resulting in I have TWO additional hearings and ask me to pay extra $1500 just like my money is made from tree and the worst part is the motion is never even responded so my new attorney has to fix all of these mess 3. They never give me option of any possible easier option to take on different situations if we’re experiencing a change of status like being married to a citizen even though I told them view times ahead 4. Good things from all the struggles I’ve been through that I took time to do more research and found out that so many better places out there to work with for a very big thing like immigration so if I were new to immigration I would never recommend this place to anyone! No immigrants deserve to experience such things above. I do hope they take very serious response to my concern. Thank you"
