"Highly disappointed!! Expected better from this firm. Pros : quick and eager when you first walk in for consultation. 100% attention is given up until lawyer fees are paid ( which are quite hefty ) Call centre receptionists are well trained in customer service and know how to make promises that they know will not be met unfortunately. Cons : poor follow up, lack of urgency . Highly unprofessional and unresponsive. Have to call repeatedly over and over just to even get a response back. 3 yrs later and my case is still not 100% resolved and I have to continue calling them every week or 2weeks to remind them I’m expecting a call back with a case update. Still yet to speak to case manager who handles the case. Always an excuse. Extremely poor excuses that seem redundant. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience. Will Not recommend."
