"This daycare needs to be shut down and close for good. They treat the kids horrible they make the kids pick on each other and they’re very rude and disrespectful. They do not know how to communicate with parent amongst what’s going on."

"My son has been attending the Central Avenue Center for over one year and it saddens me to have read some of the reviews posted. I have to say that I’ve never experienced anything like what has been posted. The staff is always pleasant and my son loves his teachers just as much as they love him. The staff here are very welcoming, friendly, understanding, empathetic and helpful. If ever I have or had an issue the administration was always there to assist me. It’s a shame that we get personal with things and write bad reviews as a community we should be aiding each other in good and not tearing each other down. As with any business things will arise but, we have to understand that there is a way to do things and bashing each other is not it. I highly recommended this daycare stop by and see for yourself I’m sure you’ll change your mind."

"The staff inside amazing. The management as well as transportation horrible. I never met a company that will do things out of spite! They will ignore phone calls unless it’s about payment. They work on their own time and don’t care if it’s an inconvenience. Sometimes you try to work with people. At the same time certain things this company did while my child was there was unacceptable. I waited some time to post because I didn’t want any retaliation against me or my children. Now that we are 100% clear of the company it’s with great pleasure that I am no longer in need of their services. One of the best staff members they fired. Then another they moved to a different site because she was too nice then fired her. Never heard of such ridiculousness in my life. They go through employees like water. The only true one was Mrs. Muhammad. She is a blessing and the only reason I kept my children there. I knew once I was able to find another place my children were done! Thank goodness for that."

"My grandson who is 4 started in the location on Avon. The staff there welcomed him with open arms and a couple of weeks later my granddaughter who is only 1-1/2 and is really not verbal is so happy going to the daycare on central. The staff is amazing they allow you to call at any time and see how the kids are doing. They even send you videos and pictures of the kids. My granddaughter who is so young and has a hard time from being away from her family enjoys being around the staff and other children, you can see the cleanliness, you can see the staff that is there is caring and consistent with the kids. When picking up the kids they tell us how they are and how very detailed they are is amazing. We all know it is very difficult leaving your children with others. But with closed eyes I highly recommend the locations"

"This is an extraordinary facility with very professional and patient people. The director, Mr. Eric is a good, solid person and the classroom teachers are all well qualified and knowledgeable. All of the teachers are involved with the children and each day during the pick up, they would explain what happened during the day and make me aware of any issues. I know some of the reviews were harsh on the place but my experience was that there were always 2-3 teachers in the room with the children and that they were very much involved in all of the activities etc. I highly recommend this place."
