"Sorry, I usually don't give bad feedback, but in this case, it is necessary for the awful experience. The child agency referred me to this childcare. First, the rude woman who opened the door didn't want to open, like I was an alien, then once inside they told me that this place was not for my child because we don't speak Russian, while she opened the door, rushing my baby and me to leave. They should have a big sign saying "Only Russians, others are not accepted here." Well, I guess good manners are not taught in this place, I can't imagine how they would treat my baby just because he is not Russian. I will let the agency know that they shouldn't refer people from other ethnicities to this place because they are not welcome and it is a terrible experience."
