Sensory Garden and Play

"Sensory Garden programming always impresses and the art class was no exception! I was excited for my 5 yo to take a drawing class that focused on big concepts, such as perspective, shading, creating contrast and still life drawings and she LOVED it!!!! Caitlin is an awesome teacher. It was our first time at Sensory Garden’s new home at Camp Wyanokie, and it is the most special place. We are so thankful for this hidden gem."

"I cannot recommend this program more highly, and if there was an option to give it a one million star review, I would! We joined the program 2 years ago, sending our children once a week, which quickly increased to 2 days a week. The kids "classroom" is absolutely beautiful, they learn a tremendous amount throughout their day, and they come home incredibly happy for having spent the day in the forest in such a nurturing environment with such amazing teachers. The team at SPG creates captivating lessons for the kids each day, sparking creativity and learning. They take great care to ensure that they are safe in the forest and that the children learn about safety. They empower older children to help the younger children. Much of their curriculum also focuses on emotional well-being. The program also centers on caring for the environment and all of their practices promote sustainability. The team is always available to answer any questions or address concerns. They also go above and beyond to plan community events and field trips. If you are homeschooling, you need to consider this program!!"
