"Was getting ready for vacation and decided to stop in the store to see if they had the products that I needed. This was my first time here and I’m never going back unless it’s an absolute emergency. #1 as I was browsing their selection, I looked up and the store clerk was peeping around the corner at me and once she saw that I was looking at her then she offered her assistance. I knew she was doing that to make sure I wasn’t ‘stealing’ but as someone who is there to legitimately shop it made me uncomfortable to be followed around the store and I was the only occupant there so it seemed she was super focused on me. I guess if you’re gonna watch ppl then be more discreet and don’t just offer assistance after the fact, offer it before that way you won’t alienate customers. #2 their selection of crotchet hair was limited and not that good but I purchased it because it was last minute."

"I have been going to this establishment for almost 10 years. They are typically convenient, although the rugs have been filthy for quite some time. That's my fault for continuing to support them. Today, I went in and was attempting to purchase, with cash. I needed an additional product, but I did not see it. The lady came from behind the counter and attempted to sell me a product that clearly was not what I was asking for. It's a different product! Not wishing to waste my hard-earned money, I asked her some questions. She literally started hissing because I asked her a question. I was very polite when I asked her the question. She then proceeded to say that I didn't trust her, etc. Long story short, I gave her back the products that I wanted to buy. I will not support and establishment that doesn't know how to treat me! Now that's the first time I had seen her. However, I got a very strange vibe from her! I will not be back!!"

"It is a hole in the wall type of shop. The variety is limited and they don't really have an attendant to assist you except for the cashier /owner. I prefer Manhattan beauty supplies on Main Street in Pleasantville. There is an attendant walking around to assist and they have a better variety of products."

"Love this store for two things and that's it If it wasn't for my two items I would just stay away, wish they would not make you feel as if you are doing something wrong and to top it off I never get greated. Atleast say hello if your going to stand over my shoulder. Not very nice or friendly and it's my 4th time in that store and I always buy something."
