"UPDATE: Now that my niece is officially OUT OF THERE!! I feel like I can share our latest experience. The providers confronted my niece about my original review and proceeded to yell at her for it. They threatened her (an EIGHT year old), me, and another family member, all because I wrote an honest review. They wanted me to take this down so they didn't lose business and threatened to "find me" if I didn't. This is not how you run a business, especially one that involves children. I attached a couple of photos of messages from my niece, from the day I am talking about, one where she straight up tells me that she is scared. I also have video evidence of their lack of security/care for the children from one day that I went to pick her up when she was still attending, and it's too bad that I can't upload that too. Please, just don't send your children here. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I cannot stress the fact enough that I do NOT recommend this place to anyone who cares about their child. This place doesn’t deserve even one star. It isn’t even a nice place, just some rando’s small, dark basement. My niece currently attends there and has complained numerous times about the neglect she receives from the staff. They ignore the children, allow them to fight with no intervention (my niece has been hit and kicked down multiple times with zero repercussions to the child dealing it or any warning to us that it happened), don't let any of the children go outside, and have no security. The first time I went to pick her up, and the first time I EVER set foot in that place, I was not welcomed, or even looked at by the employee who was there. She didn't ask who I was or who I was there for, NO QUESTIONING WHATSOEVER to make sure that I knew any of the children there. She only spoke to me when I initiated conversation to ask what the procedure was to take my niece. Even then, she didn't ask for an ID or any proof that she was, in fact, my niece. Unfriendly, inattentive, and neglectful."

"My kids have been going here for over 5 years, the owner is amazing and Keeps me well informed about any situation going on whether it’s with the change with hybrid learning and covid concerns or a group of kids around each other all day and disagreements happen. It is a clean and safe environment. The kids have a safe area for nap time, a fenced yard when the kids play outside and always well supervised. I would recommend this daycare facility to everyone. My kids love going here and I feel safe sending them."

"Entire staff is the BEST!!!! Reading the other comments not understanding why they would say little friends daycare staff/providers are rude. My children has attended since 2014. We have never had any issues! Thank you Little Friends Day Care, for providing a welcoming, nurturing and safe environment for my children."
