"Went to the ER via ambulance the day before New Year’s Eve for Abdominal pain. It was pretty busy since it was right before the holiday. They tended to me very quickly and I had bloodwork and a cat scan. I had to have my appendix out and they did it very quickly. I stayed one night and the nurses, doctors and surgeons were all amazing to me. It was a very scary experience as it was my first time having surgery and everyone made me feel very comfortable."

"This was the worst experience I've had in a long time at an emergency room I walked in with my daughter, who was having a reaction to the medication that was given to her earlier, and she was in a lot of pain. We sat for over an hr with no one to come out get her. It was ridiculous and disgusting! I walked over to the women and told her were going to leave and go somewhere else this was ridiculous, and she made a call and Magically, they were making room to come get my daughter Well, by that time, I was already done and didn't trust them. Done! Handed my daughter's stuff back to them and left. I will never ever ever ever go there ever. They ought to be ashamed, making her wait while she was crying in pain."

"The entire staff here is AMAZING. The nurses & doctors especially. I came here 3 days in a row because I continued to get worse (I was treated accordingly with my symptoms) day 3 I came back after receiving dental surgery and getting worse. They went above & beyond in my eyes to keep me as comfortable as possible & get to the bottom of what was going on. I ended up being transferred to st lukes Bethlehem after 2 days of being admitted for a second surgery but I really can't thank st lukes Warren nurses & doctors enough. Without their fast thinking & ACTUALLY giving a damn I might not be here."

"Being admitted into the hospital for the first time is a scary experience. However the doctors, nurses, techs, dietary aids ect. were all extremely kind and sincerely supportive throughout my stay. 10/10 hopefully I will not need a reason to come back but if I ever need medical intervention again Saint Luke’s is where I will go."

"I used to live in NJ and was visiting when I fell and broke my arm on 04/10/2023. Upon entering the ER I presented MY CURRENT DRIVER"S LICENSE with MY CURRENT address in another state. The Nurses and Doctors were excellent HOWEVER after not receiving a bill for several months I called. The billing person I spoke with asked me for my address, after some confusion on her part, she tells me they have been mailing the bill to a Hampton address, A HAMPTON NJ address that I have not lived at since 2004! I asked why it wasn't changed when I presented my ID at time of service, her response was oh they wouldn't do that, WELL THEY SHOULD!!! I work in the medical field and there is a reason why we ask for ID and Insurance. Failure to do the job correctly is half the problem with Healthcare. IF I HAD NOT CALLED my bill would have gone to collections and negatively effected MY CREDIT!!! I called and left a message regarding this on their line dedicated to complaints/concerns, NEVER did anyone call me back. DO the job correctly from the initial point of contact. Patients get their bill promptly without the time and trouble of trying to track the bill down so one can actually pay it. OH and when I received the bill yesterday it was in a hand addressed envelope with the address I gave to the billing person, SHE COULDN'T EVEN BE BOTHERED TO CORRECT THE ADDRESS ON THE ACCOUNT. Thank you St Luke's for your stellar employees!, I paid my $1928.61 bill today in full."
