"They used to be so good at helping people .only God knows what happened I reached out to them several times to help someone and each time they take my info and said I will get a call back as they are working remotely alas 3wks later I'm still waiting"
"Security at front desk in the lobby is very rude. I always show my ID and tell them what floor I’m going to and sign in and there’s in fact a sign that says all visitors must show ID and sign in. Anyways, as I was handing him my ID he refused to even acknowledge me and then began to roll his eyes and say “just go just go” all while shaking his head. He needs a review from whoever hired him since he’s annoyed to even do his job. Pregnant female and I’m with my kids and he chooses to act like a teenage girl and all I’m doing is following the sign, following the same rules I been following for the past 11 months that I been coming to this place. Very unprofessional, he doesn’t need to work there just stay home and collect welfare instead do us all a favor. Thank god today was my LAST day LAST time entering that building. Will not even bother ever coming back if I do have to in the future."
"I've been in therapy here for PTSD (a domestic violence which left me crippled for life & my mom's abuse as a child, etc.), severe anxiety/agoraphobia, and chronic depression for close to ten years. I'm on my 3rd therapist, but each has helped in their own way. The front desk staff all deserves a raise. When my son was diagnosed with PTSD, he began going and after 2 years was able to handle the bullies in his school without fighting back. This place is great for short or long term therapy. I don't have enough good things to say about them."
"I really wish I could give them a zero. They seem nice but they will turn on you. Highly unprofessional. In many ways my mental health is worse because I trusted these people."
