"The staff was great. The room was a king suite with a jacuzzi and it was small and dark. The bed definitely needs a new mattress in room 530. It looked like a banana boat or a hammock. Very uncomfortable to say the least. Great pillows though."

"We checked in with Allison who was very helpful throughout our two night stay. The room was comfortable but the shower was very tiny (only complaint I have - depends on the room you get). It's walking distance to downtown (10 minutes) and it's also located right across the street from the beach (great location). I would definitely go back."

"Had a great short vacation here. Very good overall. Most people feel compelled to write reviews because everything was perfect and magical. My purpose is that I feel that everyone should support this business because things were not perfect but the hotel team was super receptive to feedback and actively addressed the minor issues. It definitely looks like this establishment which is already very good is improving and growing and these are the businesses that I can really get behind. If you’re looking for a quiet spot close to the beach in spring lake, this is your spot."

"Pros: Right on the beach Very kind and helpful staff Cons: Incredibly small rooms. Barely enough room to walk around the bed. The bed is the entire room The shower swings from painfully burning hot to very cold. The shower head was not even fully secure into the wall. The shower is very small. Even for my 5'1 girlfriend. It's easy to hear other people in the hallway and downstairs in the restaurant. A room billed having a beach view has mostly an air conditioner view. It was a serviceable room, on par with something you'd expect from a much much cheaper price. You're paying a heavy premium for beach front access, and nothing more. If you're okay with that, then you'll have a very good staff while you're there."
