"Worst part of this place is the location, surrounded by auto body shops and with no convenient stores nearby. Train is a short walk away but everything in the city is an hours ride away. That being said, lovely place with kind staff, clean rooms, and a cozy atmosphere. The noise from the highway is minimal/non-existent and I'm a light sleeper. Beds comfy, cleaning crew diligent but unobtrusive, all around great experience"

"Even though it's near the Belt Pkwy, it's not loud at all. Walls are thin. Staff is very nice but the parking is very limited. No restaurants nearby in walking distance, but a 5 min drive away is the Parkview Diner that is 24/7 and is fantastic. Only issue was with our room key on Daylight Savings as it locked us out of our room and it took several tries for the front desk to fix it (a bit of an inconvenience but not the end of the world)."

"It was nice and cosy here, which is exactly what was required. Room was clean and ordely. I appreciated the iron and ironing board and the small refrigerator. There was no shampoo though and very little shower gel.... Or perhaps I needed to exert more power but didn't want to break the dispenser so...Didn't use the breakfast but it's available. The walls are thin so keep your music down. Good comfortable stay overall."

"Rooms were small but clean; housekeeping staff were in daily for our 3 night stay. Parking lot is very, very small- 20 spaces. Location is not desirable for walking to Coney Island even in daylight hours. Not close to convenience stores or restaurants. Small assortment of snacks and bottled drinks ($2 each) and a small breakfast bar available each morning that was better than expected based on other elements."

"The rooms are smaller, but serve their purpose. Parking lot is very small, but it’s free. Only a 20 minute walk from the Coney Island boardwalk. Staff is friendly and the breakfast was good. It’s a bit pricey, but it’s New York. Id stay here again"
