"Horrible customer service by both the realtor Peggy Marks and broker Lisa. Very rude and poor lack of communication. Renters and homeowner beware. Edited: We never said we would book again next year! And Lisa the broker never called me back! She refused to ever have a conversation with me. And I have not received my deposit back yet even though I was told it was mailed weeks ago. All I can say, is home owners/renters BEWARE of Island Realty and this property!"

"This was our first year renting through Island Realty. Worked directly with Gavin. Overall a very good experience. Minor gripe. When we checked in for a house with 10 people, we were only given one key. I called immediately after realizing and asked if a key could be brought to us. My question was was answered with "why don't you stop by the rental office one day and they'll give you another key". Not the biggest deal, but it was out of our way and didn't make a great impression when paying several thousand dollars for a rental. Felt a little bit like "we have your money now, thanks." Gavin redeemed himself when we were having issues with the outdoor shower. Came by personally, then followed up with the owners of the rental to resolve the issue quickly. We would recommend Island Realty."
