"I ordered Dancing Lovers 13 1/2" high accent sculpture on 30/Jul/2020 from Victoria, Australia and today is 10/Sep/2020 and till today, I haven't received my parcel. I tried contacting the ek chic home team several times by ringing them, via an email, via a facebook, via an instagram and via their website but didn't hear from them at all. Really disappointed with the customer service and delivery service. Today is 20 Oct 2020 and till now I don't have any update on the delivery of Dancing Lovers 13 1/2" high accent sculpture. Please do not buy from these guys as they don't deliver your goods anyways. The are fake. To help myself I have raised a written complaint about this doggy company to United States Department of Justice and given all their details to them. Hopefully sooner or later these guys are going to get caught by the department."

"We ordered an inflatable kayak from ek chic home, and, unfortunately, received the wrong one. They were quick and generous with their resolution. They refunded all of our money and, since the kayak we wanted was no longer available, they also let us keep the kayak they had sent! If only all businesses were this thoughtful!!!"

"I ordered a spa surround (that may or may not be great as a product, I can’t comment about that!), but my packages arrived 1. late, and 2. damaged (all 3 of them). I reached out through the website, and the service seemed at first to be excellent. They told me that I could return the merchandise and be reimbursed, and told me to wait for instructions that would have arrived “tomorrow” (of about 3 weeks ago). However, they never got back to me. A week later I sent another email asking for a follow up, no answer. I followed up again after about one more week, and I was told that I would have received information within an hour. No more follow ups from them after that. I reached out one more time, no answer. I went back on the website and left a complaint, no answer. Now, I’m usually willing to give the benefit of the doubt, but I have been proactively reaching out without success for quite a while, and by now it’s been about a month that I have made my order, so I guess I’m going to be past the 30 days of the return policy? This said: I CANNOT comment on the quality of the products. Possibly excellent, I wouldn’t know. I DO NOT know if the lack of service was due to what’s going on in the world right now or other difficulties, disorganization, or lack of will on their side. I just know that I personally had quite a bad experience with the service."

"I ordered a desk and paid $30 for expedited shipping (2 days), but they sent the shipping by ground which was supposed to be free according to their website. I spoke to the customer support yesterday and mentioned that I needed the delivery within this week as school starts next week. Now I am not going to get this table on time and it is very frustrating. I have been trying to reach them most of today and I have been unsuccessful so far. I am not happy"
