"My family has been ordering furniture from JASM for years. I recently had a couch and mattresses delivered to my home. There is no one left in the furniture industry who is as knowledgeable as Steve. When someone truly cares about what they do, it makes all the difference. He knows about every aspect of furniture down to the tiniest detail. If you need a product, he will guide you to the best product for your needs and has more patience than anyone I know! If you don't want to feel like you are just another number and want someone who treats their clients like family...then go to JASM Furniture. It's a business that has been in the family since the inception and it's a shame there aren't more establishments who care and take the time to know their customers and their needs. I can't imagine buying quality furniture from anywhere else. Most of the products on the market today are composite junk. In my opinion, going anywhere else for furniture is a waste of time."

"The owner, Steve, is the most accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly person I have dealt with in the retail business. He can get your furniture at unbeatable prices. My family has dealt with Steve for years and will happily continue to do so. Their deliveries are on time and Butch, their delivery person, is more than happy to move things around until everything is perfect!"

"This place is great! The owner, Steve is really knowledgeable and pleasant. It's a small place, but it is 1000 times better than dealing with the big box stores. They can get you whatever you need, and the service was great from start to finish, including delivery and set-up. They may respond a little slowly, but it's a family operation, and you'll be dealing directly with the owners. We had a little issue with our dining room table, which was the manufacturers fault, and Steve was literally tripping over himself to accommodate us. I wouldn't buy furniture anywhere else in the future."

"On 4/11/19, I ordered 4 counter top chairs from JASM Furniture store and picked them up on 4/20/19. The chairs that I received are dark brown and the seats are also brown as well. I ordered cherry color chairs with beige color seats. I asked Saul to exchanged the chairs for me because they do not match the decor in my house. Saul said that I can not changed the chairs but he will call the manufacturer to have them changed the seats. He promised to call me back with the pertinent information but he did not call back. I emailed the store and got no response. I called the store several times and the woman who answers the phone is unable to assist me. Saul is usually not in the store, except on Saturdays. I am now stuck with these 4 chairs which I have no use for. Due to the poor customer service I received from this store, I would not recommend JASM Furniture store to anyone."

"Absolutely horrible experience. Very unprofessional. After placing an order waited for over 3 months to receive a defective furniture from Bassett. Took another year in order to resolve the problem. Steve seems like a nice guy but after getting his money, never available for any issues. I had to call him hundreds times, not responsive at all. Stefani never knows what’s going on with anything. It’s been a year and i am still dealing with an ugly sectional. Eventually had to go on line and do a dirty job trying to contact someone from the corporate office, hopefully will be able to pick a new furniture soon. Don’t recommend this place to anyone. Out of respect for my family member who’s been going to him for years, I didn’t post a review until now. Horrible experience."
