"So disappointed with the service of this store.The designer I used I felt I was working for her. Never called to see how your order is going.Had to nearly beg for your layout to be sent. I felt that the commission was more important then the client."

She understood my style and was helpful in helping me choose pieces that I could afford. She responded to my endless messages even on her days off. My new home will not look the way it does if it wasn’t for Marcia, the sales associate at RH."

"I wish I could give this store less than one star. Although my salesperson was awesome the rest of my experience was filled with rudeness and incompetence. They showed up at my house and said...if this needs to go upstairs we cant deliver it. It took 5 hours to deliver 2 bookcases and one desk. Desk was covered in glue and deliveryman wouldn't clean. Very very bad.."

"Very expensive furniture with a sales staff that does not communicate with their delivery people. Scheduled for Monday, cancelled, Came Tuesday, without the proper people to carry the furniture up the stairs, waited all day for 2 more guys to help, then found out the 92 inch piece was 96 inches and did not fit. The most obnoxious unhelpful people on earth. Don’r Deal with them."

"I really like this store much better compared to the one in Manhattan. It isn't as chaotic and the staff are very friendly. I think this showroom is much larger as well, so you get to see more items in person."
