"Besides from having mediocre meat, the customer service their is horrendous.Went in too buy a few things for a bbq and I had picked out a cowboy steak that i wanted and they said they had to cut it and weigh it too which i said No problem. however after about 20 minutes of me literally waiting in the store and the cashier repeatedly asking where it was, the guy ronnie finally comes out, i asked him nicely were the steak was and proceeds to start the process of cutting/Weighing as if ive been waiting for no reason for 20 minutes, too which i again said no problem but id come back to get it since i did not want to wait there any longer. He then proceeds to flip out and berate me for wanting to wait in the car and even said too pay him $150 up front when he didnt even weigh the steak. This is the place that thinks they have you locked in cause its kosher and you have limited options. Take your business too prept by ray t ( where i went & was delicious), boutique butcher, prime cut or anywhere else."

"Fully stocked and whatever I needed that was not in the case, was brought from the cutting room when I asked for it. Good selection of prepared foods from shwarma to all kinds of side items like breaded veggies. Very busy as usual before Shabbat."
