"I can't even begin to explain how much of a gem Judy is. I had been thinking about moving for a few months and on one random day I did a Google search for a certain type of house and came across a Zillow listing and requested to go see it. Judy called me within minutes to setup a viewing at the house within I believe it was a couple of days! Upon meeting her, she is the sweetest person and I LOVED her no-pressure attitude. I didn't feel like I was being pushed to buy or sell a house. In fact, she set me up with the best home inspector (well worth every penny) who steered me completely in the opposite direction as I would've been making the worst mistake of my life going with the first home I saw. But right as I was breaking one contract, I came across a home that was a little over my budget but checked every box, so I decided to ask Judy to go see it. Judy wasn't even going to offer it to me since it was outside of my budget (this is a major plus! I had a previous agent when I bought my house 3 years ago try to keep pushing me above my budget and at that time my budget truly had no room to go up - being house poor just because an agent wants to make a sale is only good for one person and it's not the buyer). I saw the house and fell in love! It was the PERFECT house and everything I wanted. I told Judy "do whatever it takes to get me this house. This is THE house." And less than 24 hours later, I had an accepted offer UNDER asking. Now, this is where the easy process ended. Judy had been alongside me for idk like 2+ months as we navigated the worst home purchase ever while dealing with inexperienced agents and attorneys on seller's side and difficult sellers. She made sure I was making good decisions and not getting screwed over in the process. SO many times I felt I was about to lose the house or something couldn't be done and Judy was able to keep me calm throughout it all AND find solutions every step of the way. Without an experienced agent like Judy, I would NEVER have gotten the house UNDER asking and WITH a SELLERS CREDIT! Even at closing we had an issue with the sellers and she went above and beyond to help me out. The review doesn't end there...Judy also sold my house. We didn't want to make any part of the deal (buy or sell) contingent on anything, so we had to work fast and with Judy's experience, everything went perfectly. I had MULTIPLE offers after one weekend of going live and most were over asking. With a huge hiccup last minute, again, Judy helped calm me down and save the day in the end. I would without hesitation recommend Judy to EVERYONE and if I ever plan on buying or selling again, Judy will be the only person I trust to work with.
